Bhopal: The Department of Commerce at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences orchestrated an enriching industrial visit to Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) Aimed at providing hands-on experiences in export-import dynamics, containerization, logistics, and transportation, the visit proved to be immensely fruitful for the participating 4th-semester students. Led by dedicated faculty members Dr. Neeta Vaydande and Ms. Shikha Malhotra the students delved into the heart of CONCOR’s operations, from witnessing the seamless flow of goods within the container terminals to understanding the optimization strategies in logistics management, the visit provided a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in international trade. The objective to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application was accomplished. Students echoed similar sentiments, expressing gratitude for the immersive learning experience provided by CONCOR.
