This year too, 29 thousand seats are vacant in engineering

These days, the admission process is going on in technical and pharmacy colleges of the state. The process of admission to BE, B.Tech, Pharmacy and MBA seats of the Department of Technical Education (DTE) is going on.

More than 40 thousand admissions have taken place in BE in two counseling and one College Level Counseling (CLC) phase. This number is more than two thousand more than last year. Last year there were 37 thousand 886 admissions in BE. The last date for taking admission has ended on Friday. It is to inform that 40 thousand admissions have been done on 69 thousand engineering seats in 143 colleges. Around 29 thousand seats are vacant.

So far, about 18 thousand 419 students have taken admission in a total 20 thousand 791 seats of B-D Pharmacy. In such a situation, more than one thousand seats are vacant.

The final phase of College Level Counseling (CLC) started from September 1. So far in this phase, six thousand 653 students have taken admission by paying fees. Six thousand 738 students took admission in the first phase and four thousand 887 students took admission in the second round. Apart from this, 69 students took admission on IPS seats.

More than one thousand seats of MBA are vacant

So far, 36 thousand 302 admissions have taken place out of a total 48 thousand 439 seats of MBA. Still 17 thousand 830 seats are vacant. 16 thousand 833 students have taken admission in the qualifying round. One thousand 387 took admission in the first round and 718 took admission in the second round.
