Nitin Saxena, a well-known consumer activist in India and the President of the All India Consumer Education Society (AICES), a non-governmental organization that works to protect the rights of consumers which was established in the year 1995, in Gwalior,Madhya Pradesh, has helped to resolve thousands of consumer complaints.
Saxena has been a strong advocate for consumer protection for over two decades, and he has helped to resolve thousands of consumer complaints during that time. He is a passionate and dedicated advocate for consumer rights. He is known for his sharp legal mind and his willingness to fight for justice on behalf of consumers. He has also been praised for his ability to build consensus among different stakeholders and to find practical solutions to consumer problems. Saxena’s work has had a significant impact on the consumer protection landscape in India. He has played a key role in the development and implementation of several important consumer protection laws and regulations.
He has also helped to raise awareness of consumer rights and to empower consumers to stand up for themselves. For his selfless services various State Govt and Central Government has recognise his work and given Awards and medals to him. Here are some of the notable achievements of Nitin Saxena in the field of consumer protection: He has given suggestions to Government in amendment in Consumer Protection Act, 1986 so that more and more Consumer can be benefited. He helped number of Consumers and won number of landmark judgement from National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), which is the highest consumer commission in India. He has represented consumers in several landmark cases before the NCDRC , State Commissions and District Commissions.
