Imphal, Mar 14 (UNI) Three persons were arrested with over 100 kg of WY tablets in Manipur’s Thoubal district, police said here on Friday.
The seizure was made by a joint team of the state police and the Narcotics Control Bureau from near Lilong police station, they said.
Police said on Friday that three persons identified as i) Amaldas Xalxo of Lachit Gaon, Sarupathar, Golaghat District, Assam, Mohammad Khurshid of Lilong Hangamthabi, Thoubal District and Mahedi Alom of VTC Borthai Kachari Gaon, Marigaon, Assam were nabbed with 102.393 kg of WY Tablets.
A truck and a four-wheeler were also seized in the operation, police said.
