- CM extends best wishes to devotees
Bhopal: CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has greeted the devotees on the occasion of the first Baba Mahakal Sawari today, on the first Monday of the month of Shravan. CM Dr. Yadav, while respecting the sentiments of Baba’s devotees, has wished that Baba Mahakal continues to shower his blessings on them. He said that the state’s ministers are also participating in the Sawari. Water Resources Minister Shri Tulsiram Silavat participated in the first Mahakal Sawari on behalf of CM Dr. Yadav in Ujjain on Monday.
Dr. Yadav said that devotees have also arrived from tribal areas to see and welcome the ride of Baba Mahakal. On the occasion, members of the tribal community from Dhar, Jhabua, and other districts have also come to participate. Tribal brethren from other districts will continue to participate in the ride in the future.
Dr. Yadav said that the belief is that Lord Mahakal leaves his abode on a city tour on Monday in the month of Shravan. The enthusiasm of the devotees to watch Baba Mahakal Sawari on the banks of Maa Kshipra and other places in Ujjain city is at its peak.
