Tribhuvan Sahkari University Bill 2025 introduced in the Lok Sabha

New Delhi, Feb 3 (UNI) The Tribhuvan Sahkari University Bill 2025, that seeks to establish the Institute of Rural Management Anand as a University, was introduced in the Lok Sabha on Monday by Union Minister of State for Cooperation Krishan pal Gurjar.

The Bill also proposes to declare the Tribhuvan Sahkari University as an institution of national importance.

The institution will impart technical and management education and training in the co-operative sector.

It will promote cooperative research and development and endeavour to attain standards of global excellence in order to realise the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi”.

The Bill will also strengthen the co-operative movement in the country through a network of institutions and declare the Institute as one of the Schools of the University.
