The state government has transferred 9 officers of the Indian Administrative Service on Sunday. The possibility of a fresh deployment of IAS officers was being expressed since the budget session of the assembly. New field deployment has been done in the new list, under which the collectors of 4 districts have been changed. These include Ujjain, the home district of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Along with this, the collector of Vidisha district, the parliamentary constituency of Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, has also been changed, similarly new collectors have also been appointed in Ashoknagar and Harda.
The current collector of Ujjain district Neeraj Kumar Singh has been removed and Roshan Kumar Singh has been made the new collector, Singh was handling the responsibility of Vidisha district till now, Anshul Gupta has now been posted as collector in Vidisha district. Gupta was till now posted on the post of Director Public Relations. Vidisha is the parliamentary constituency of Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Therefore, this is a big responsibility given to Gupta.
Meanwhile, the current collector of Harda, Aditya Singh, has been given the command of Ashoknagar district. In this way, Aditya Singh has been sent from one district to another. Siddharth Jain, posted as Additional Collector in Bhopal district, has been made the collector of Harda district.
In the latest list, while two officers have been successful in saving their collectorate, two officers have been removed from field responsibilities. Basant Kurre, who was posted in the Election Commission before the assembly elections, has returned to the ministry. The list is as follows.

Additional charge to Bamra
Gulshan Bamra Principal Secretary has been given additional charge of CEO Atal Bihari Vajpayee Good Governance and Policy Analysis Institute Bhopal along with the existing responsibilities, while Ashish Singh, Collector Indore, has been given additional charge of Fair Officer Simhastha Fair Ujjain. Rishi Garg, Member Secretary, State Planning Board, has been given additional charge of Director, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis along with his current work.
Transfer of two officers of RAS
The state government has transferred two officers of the State Administrative Service. Under the order, Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Director, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Bhopal has been given additional charge of Deputy Secretary, Culture Department and Deputy Secretary, Tourism Department. Ms. Shivangi Joshi, Joint Collector, District Jabalpur has been posted as General Manager, MP State Electronics Development Corporation.
