Bhopal, The festival of Saint Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus, and Van Mahotsav were celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal at Campion School, Bhouri, located in Bairagarh, Bhopal recently. The program started with a small prayer. Thereafter, garlands were placed on the picture of Saint Ignatius and lamps were lit. On this occasion, the students presented the biography of Saint Ignatius Loyola through a short play. Along with this, entertaining cultural programs were presented by the students. On this occasion, Fr. Principal Amritlal Toppo, Vice Principal Fr. Eugene Toppo and Fr. Rajkumar Badne highlighted the values ??and principles of Saint Ignatius Loyola and urged to imbibe them and make life better.
The program of Van Mahotsav was organized by the school in which Mr. Neeraj Verma, Police Station Incharge of Khajuri Road was present. A short play ‘Plant trees and save the environment’ was staged by the students. On this occasion, the chief guest Mr. Neeraj Verma, in his address, drew everyone’s attention and urged everyone to take responsibility for the protection and safety of this earth. He called for planting as many trees as possible. On the occasion of Van Mahotsav, a rally was taken out in the school premises. All the students participated in the procession with their class-wise attractive and inspiring slogans. After the procession, all the students planted trees at the designated places. On this occasion, Mr. Neeraj Verma, Khajuri Road Police Station, School Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, teachers and all the students were present. The program ended with distribution of sweets.
