New Delhi, April 30 (UNI) Visiting UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem Al Hashimy on Tuesday met External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar here during which the two sides discussed further steps in the bilateral Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and also exchanged views on the regional situation, amid the continuing war in Gaza.
The EAM said on X:
“Delighted to meet UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem Al Hashimy.
“Discussed further steps in our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Also exchanged perspectives on the regional and global situation.”
Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra also met the UAE Minister during which the two sides reviewed the entire gamut of the bilateral ties.
The MEA posted on X:
“Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra met MoS (International Cooperation) @mofauae Reem Al Hashimy in New Delhi today.
“They reviewed the entire gamut of our multi-faceted bilateral relations, and discussed avenues to further deepen the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.”
The two countries signed the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in 2022.
