Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal
On January 31, 2025, Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) hosted a workshop on “Soft Skill Development,” with corporate trainer and social media influencer Rashmi Golya as the keynote speaker. Clinical Neuropsychologist Dr. Rupesh Ranjan also delivered key insights, and the session was chaired by Dr. Manisha Srivastava, the in-charge director of BMHRC.
Rashmi Golya shared her valuable tips on maintaining balance in life, highlighting the four key aspects—work, family, personal, and social life. She emphasized that managing time effectively is the key to balancing these areas. Golya recommended creating a “To-Do” list and reviewing it weekly to analyze which tasks can be streamlined or delegated.
She also stressed the importance of teamwork, encouraging attendees to share tasks with others rather than attempting everything alone.
Additionally, Golya pointed out that every individual has a “prime time” when their productivity peaks, advising people to tackle important tasks during this period to maintain better work-life harmony.
Dr. Ranjan further discussed the significance of soft skills in personal and professional success. Dr. Srivastava concluded by highlighting how our
behavior defines us and influences how others perceive us. The workshop also recognized Aji Koshi for winning the “Mrs. Elite Celebrity India” title.
