Balrampur (UP), Apr 5 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the occasion of Ashtami of Vasantik Navratri offered prayers at Mata Pateshwari Shakti Peeth on the second day of his visit to Balrampur district on Saturday.
During his visit, the CM actively participated in various rituals and activities within the temple premises, displaying his characteristic simplicity and deep devotion.
He performed traditional worship of Maa Durga with full rituals at the sacred Shakti Peeth. His presence on this auspicious occasion became a major attraction for the devotees visiting the temple.
Following the worship, Yogi visited the Gaushala within the temple complex, where he fed jaggery to the cows as a gesture of care and reverence. He also interacted warmly with children present at the temple, delighting them by distributing toffees and chocolates, bringing smiles to their faces.
Strict security arrangements were in place throughout the temple premises to ensure a smooth and safe visit during the CM’s presence.
